In Well Integrity, risk assessments on wells with their various operational status are often a vital part of the day-to-day well integrity monitoring and required follow-up planning and actions.
Sometimes a more thorough QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) is needed, and this requires reliability data as the main input to the QRA.
